The answer: Sitting around all day makes you feel even more tired than if you were active and moving around

The answer: Only about 1/2 (56%) of students attend physical education class one or more days during an average school week.

3.  What activities do you think most teens engage in nowadays?

The answer: Many teens spend their time watching TV, playing video games, and using the computer for fun

4.  How much physical activity do you need every day as a teenager?

The answer: Young people need at least 60 minutes per day on all or most days of the week.  It doesn’t have to be all at one time, however. Small amounts of physical activity during the day can add up to your 60 minutes.

5.  How do you know you’re doing aerobic exercise properly?

The answer: Aerobic exercise makes up breathe a little harder. You should be able to talk while doing aerobic exercise , but not sing. If you can’t talk, you may be working too hard. If you can sing, you may not be working hard enough.
